The first few chapters felt very “propaganda-ish” and preachy. It came alive for me once the protagonist’s love interest took a costarring role. This book is one of the reasons why I love classic literature. It makes made me think and truly broadened my perspective on political tactics. It almost left me disgusted physically nauseated.
