Alex lying like that lost her any high-ground in this situation. She's had Steph as a friend and role model, someone familiar with the shock/surprise...to learn from how to handle such a revelation, to talk with frankly & figure out how to talk with Nate about it like an adult.
Nope, not sure she'll ever return to a sympathetic character at this point...

Okay, if the sex is that life affirming and life-changing then maybe the emotional connection is deeper than the text has portrayed it up to this point. I'll buy it for now...
LOVING the way people actually TALK about things, though. So refreshing.
Also, I kind of want to stab Drew's mom in the face.

I hope there is something in his background that explains Nate's behavior...because at least Drew's wife knows, they're not "happily married" & as far as I can tell Nate & Alex ARE, supposedly. He seems happy, content - & there's no grand emotional upheaval; yes, Drew lusts after Nate, but everything so far only seems like a close friendship for Nate. Now, suddenly, they're having sex? WTF?
