Good premise, good metaphor. This book has been on my shelf for a number of years, and I finally started it. So far it is dragging, with only the man Yair's letters, no back and forth. It is set in modern times, yet seems Victorian. I put it down for a few weeks to read other books, and watch movies. I'll give it another go, but not sure I'll finish it.
