I purchased this book when it was first published, thinking it was about America's declining influence in the world (due to us not allying ourself and playing poorly with others). Obviously I can't read because it's actually about why America should be the world's policeman. Normally I'd recognize my mistake and drop it, but I paid full price and feel the need to at least try.
