I wanted to like this book. I read beauty before this and was disappointed. This one was supposed to be better. It has its moments, but the same that made the other dull and boring did the same here. Repeative, overly and unnecessarily descriptive. I renewed it several times from the library hoping to at least finish it. But finally gave up about 40 pages to the end. It was just to laborious to read.
