If I didn't love the fact that the author nails living in Hawaii - yes EVERYONE wants Loco Moco so much I even make a Vegan version of it - Gabe and Maka right now with their second meet cute... kills me. This is going to be so good.

“Yo, you got choke boxes, braddah.” It sounded like it was meant to be an explanation, but if it was, I didn’t understand it. I’d been in Hawaii for two weeks, and I had not come close to catching on to the local pidgin.
