There’s no “practically;” Garret absolutely forced his way into Kristoff’s room and kissed him so no really opportunities to protest.

So Garrett is basically gunna rape Kristoff, not even trying to obtain consent, just pushing his way into his room and starting in on him, and taking being bitten as roughness, not Kristoff trying to get him offa him.
