Great follow up to I’m OK You’re OK. Read this and the Transactional Analysis books together and you will be pleasantly surprised with what you learn. The only thing is, you need to apply what the author is sharing with you since it’s so easy and at the same time difficult to internalize and make second nature to yourself. But definitely worth it
