So, I'm about 60% done, and it's taking me FOREVER. Story is good. Characters are good. TOO WORDY! This is a first of Dean Koontz, in my opinion. Same thing happened to Stephen Kind a ways back, with his writing. This is a VERY long book, and could've been about 100 pages shorter. Otherwise, it's good. But that's why it's only 4 stars. Even considered quitting at one point cause of dragging. Sorry.
