Typically I️ hate self help books. My therapist suggested this to me when I️ began therapy with her so I️ gave it a shot. I️ have never read a book that helped make my life and childhood make more sense. I️ am not done and already this book has brought peace and comfort to me more than any self help book ever has. Love it!
