I have been reading this book for so long. Sometimes I find myself thinking King could have used a strong editor. Then I've hit a point where I am so worried about what is going to happen I have to put the book aside for a day or sometimes longer. If he hadn't made me feel so stongly by repeatedly writing scenes where the character's personalities came through so clearly, he couldn't have done this.
