I am reading this in conjunction with the more recent 'The Putin Interviews' & note a peculiar train of thought that colors Kremlin's perception on US/NATO relations. Bobo Li asserts Russia wrongly assumes of a dominant US role within NATO agitating for the1999 Kosovo War. The same view is repeated by Putin in 2015 where he states within NATO of both an American opinion & the wrong opinion. #ColdWarMirrorImaging
