This is an interesting read. The author's premise is that, although our minds and bodies are asleep at night, our spirits are not. Therefore, this is a prime opportunity for God, who is spirit, to communicate directly with us. That's the primary purpose of our dreams (acc. to this author). So we have to learn how to sleep healthy so God can speak to us in the night. Includes a 'dream dictionary' based on scripture.
