As I was reading the first chapter, it was obvious that the patient had Klienfelter Syndrome. A genetic anomaly could only explain both the physical appearance and sexual appearance. Klienfelter Syndrome is an XXY chromosomal pattern, commonly exhibited by men. Akhenaten seemed to be a hermaphrodite. A combination of the irregular physical features and sexual features can only be explained by this syndrome.
