Reading more of "2 Days of L.B Tillit" it's talking about how Neema is now getting sick and she doesn't know why. My inference is that she is maybe pregnant because she has been having unprotected sex. At the moment she doesn't want to tell anyone that she is throwing up so she keeps it to her self until she feels the need to tell someone.

I am currently reading the book "2 Days" by L.B Tillit the book starts off with an argument with Neema (the main character) and her mother (and her mother's boyfriend). Needa is forced to leave the house with barley any clothing. However, she does stay at her boyfriends house but she isn't really welcomed with open arms. Neema seems more nonchalant about the whole situation and it drives her boyfriends family crazy.
