Maureen E. After a break, due to paperwork, finally completed it. Yes he is a fantastic writer and even the last paragraph is not a letdown. Shall read something else and then another Le Carre!

Mark I should send you my Le Carre books, but the postage is so expensive. I still remember you lending me 'Single and Single' back in St Gallen.
