Very technical, but actually not too challenging a read. Not a lot of need for parsing sentences or unpacking big thoughts. It is all simply and thoughtfully organized.

Chapter 3 is very heavy on the neurology. At least a basic understanding is necessary to have any clue what is going on.

Interesting start so far. I'm not really sold on Freeman's knowledge of the relevant philosophy, but the neurobiology is really cool.
