The Introduction is a feat in itself. Always beware of an Introduction that runs into being longer than a chapter of the book. Quite a subject but when it takes that long to BEGIN what the definition of the word "multiculturalism" is or has become? I'm fairly sure that there are as many core nuance definitions as there are countries.
