I actually listened to this on CD. It took me a bit to get used to the readers voice, but it was an interesting introduction to books on CD. I think I was able to absorb more. Absolutely wonderful book. I suffer from chronic issues and can relate to Aza’s want of a normal, healthy life without the intrusive thoughts and not being able to escape yourself. I have definitely felt “trapped” in my body, in myself. Not fun
