Leak focus is on the recognition of protein coding sections of the genome. A novel mechanism of identification being FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization). Very interesting passage in the genome of Archaea, several of which are extremophiles. Archaea are generic closer to eukaryotic cells than prokaryotic ones.
