Sat down and finished Arcanum today. Of the last three stories I'd read Shadows for Silence and Sixth of the Dusk before. I quite like both stories and it was nice getting to read the again.

Now that I've finally read Edgedancer (which i enjoyed quite a bit), it is time to pick up the Stormlight Achive books again.

Finished the Taldain system a few days ago. (I'll admit I skipped the comic excerpt as I read the actual comic a little while ago.) It was fun reading something that Sanderson wrote so long ago.

After a bit of a break, I've picked the book up again and finished the Allomancer Jack story. It was quite fun and I especially enjoyed Handerwym's annotations. Though I'll admit I was somewhat confused by them at first.

Started on the Scadrian system now and completed the first story, 'The Eleventh Metal'. This was also the first story in the collection I hadn't any prior experience with. It was an enjoyable little story and gave me the urge to reread the 'Mistborn' books.

Just finished reading 'The Hope of Elantris' and with that I've completed the Selish System section of the book.

I'll admit I struggled a bit with getting into the story, mainly because I've only read 'Elantris' once, years ago. It's the names, I have the hardest time recalling names, I just sit there and wonder "who was Dache again?". Otherwise it was enjoyable, not Sanderson's best, but nice enough.

Finished 'The Emperor's Soul'. Like when I read it in the past I found the story to be greatly enjoyable and inspiring. The concept is interesting and well thought out, as per usual with Sanderson's works.

Finally getting around to reading Arcanum Unbounded properly. I'm really excited!

The collection kicks off with 'The Emperor's Soul', which I've enjoyed greatly in the past. I'm looking forward to getting to know Shai and Gaotona for a third time.
