Wow the author really rants about banks in this book. As someone in the banking industry, Yes, banks are sticklers for rules and regulations. That’s because they’re passed down from the Federal Government and if we don’t follow them we can lose our job/incur fines/face jail time. No customer is worth losing your job/fines/jail time.
