Lisa Corri Are you finding this book helpful? Is this the one where you hold something and see if it brings you meaning?

Kristin Mann Yes! That is the book. Yeah, it's a little extreme, but I ended up cleaning out and discarding clothing that I should have gotten rid of years ago. One of the things that I really took away was that if I am keeping a whole ton of stuff I am actuallynot utilizing the stuff I have. Like, when I went through all my clothes and found some clothes that I used to really love and forgot I had. so my justification for getting rid of some things was that it allowed me to really appreciate and use the things that I have. She also recommends thinking your clothes or whatever you're throwing away for their service and getting rid of them. I know it sounds crazy but I did that and I felt less bad about getting rid of something that I may be only wore once or that I was only keeping because someone gave it to me. It's a pretty interesting book and I think definitely motivating. I don't know if I could attempt the whole house right now or keep it like she says you should be able to after you've adopted her method, but I think it gave me some good takeaways to apply in my life.
