Curious, but would you ever read a book where one of the main characters has an abortion ?

Not if I knew it was coming. Or worse, I would hate to be surprised by it...

Depends on the situation. I'm not going to write a character off simply for getting an abortion w/o knowing the context or the situation she's in.
