Are any other writers irritated by Amazon’s willingness to refund on your books.

I don’t usually gripe about this nor do I get into bad review rage. It happens. However you can read 10% of a book on amazon before buying. My particular book cost 99p and all proceeds were for a charity that supports terminally ill children. So I guess the refund request got my goat up a little.
