After reading a book on the holocaust and then about women in the 1920s-30s who received radiation poisoning and were essentially murdered this book is definitely lighter. I guess I will call this a palate cleanser from the other emotionally heavy books I've read. Cool perspective from the journals of the brides of Dracula.
