Extremely well written,gripping.I would have loved to see many more photos of the people involved in the crimes,and back story on the Osage Indians.How they carried on their lives in shrinking land. Did they continue to hunt? Did they farm? Or become city dwellers? It would give me a better back story on them that would be important about the entire direction of Indian life as it changed so rapidly.

Great! Well written history of the Osage Indians and their lives,and the incoming threat of the white man,and oil on their lands. It’s really hard to put down. I have to force myself to put this book down and finally go to sleep.
