This is one of those rare ones you force yourself to read slowly, because each paragraph contains a gem-some beautifully articulated thought or a new idea. Who cares if de Botton states the obvious; he resonates with all the unformed thoughts I've had about art curation and valuation; in a way that inspires a gigantic "Yes!" from the bottom of my heart. I love this book - and I'm not even halfway through it.
