Here comes the hammer! The Witherlands. This girl cannot make a decision to save her life, literally and metaphorically. WTF?! She's going to go with the Prince?! Okay then... Well, this was trying to be epic but it kinda fell flat... I really don't like a lot of the characters but this is a first novel, so I'm willing to give the next book a try...

Feeding time! I KNEW Drake was the heir of the Lord of Abbadon!! So Drake IS the Chosen's man!! WHOA, he loves her already?! So she has to kill Cruor...That was Loki talking?! Vicious Prince! That...was...dramatic... The soul was originally Cruor's love... A man's twisted love and revenge. Aw, she's giving him his son! She puts him to rest... Loki released the souls!

Justification, I guess? Oh shit! Cruor! AND she immediately gives up.... Drake's getting the sword!! The acolytes are dead... I forgot she has to give up the soul willingly... Grab your lady balls woman!!! A covenant? Using her brother eh? Kill a person an hour huh? The Prince has arrived!! Everyone is showing up to the party! This is escalating quickly... He trying to run!!

Well, that's why, they're getting a weapon that can kill Cruor!! Well, they don't even know if the weapon will work... Deals. Big bro is catching up! Haledon is going to attack the mage!! Now the Prince is attacking Cruor!! Cruor ate all the mages. The attack was planned by the steward!!

Poor ork! Drake injured! And the Prince arrives, isn't this just a clusterfuck! Drake is with the Prince now. She's figured out Drake's plan! She got the ring! Loki is now leader! The thief is back! Torture! Dying! Healed! He's trying to get in those panties!! Oh shite, she's remembering her previous lives! Back to Cruor! OMG, everyone wants her!! She killed 'em! The Prince and drake are allies now?!

Crap, Prince knows about Drake... The Prince is going hunting! Picnic time? How'd she know the name of the pond if she didn't know where they were? At least she knows everything about the prophecy now. So I WAS right!! Gray Beard IS Cruor!! Oops, bit Drake! Claws maybe? I think he's an heir or Lord like her. Kissy! Steward ruins everything! They're going to fake her being taken from Drake!

Drake be tempted!! So he's a goodish guy, but he's hiding something. But he doesn't want the Prince to get a hold of her either. So he knows about the prophecy too. Ork! Glowy eyes eh? Drake wants to keep her huh? Gray Beard! Ring? Basically a cheat code... At least she's getting fed up with this useless crap too! Drake b stalking! Drake's playing the long game. Prince got her scars!! He lost the bet!

That guy was Cruor! Crap, don't get rid of Loki! Cruor wants her! Training! Vision or dream? I think it's Cruor's magic. Dream tho. More attackers? Cruor already?! Way to threaten her brother! Freely give her soul? Kidnapped AGAIN! All these smexy men! I think it's the steward. Oop, it's Drake! Escapee! Dark Royalty! Steward vs. Loki! Loki's the champion of Haledon!
