I still don't like the style of the interviews. However- I've determined it's a must read if you are a woman in transportation as there is a lot of good career advice here. What I find remarkable is that these women moved around the country throughout their careers and didn't stay in one place, which is different than what I've found in my experience so far. It's a slog to get through, but worthwhile.
