Is it good? I have it on my to-read next shelf and I'm thinking of starting it soon, but I was not the biggest fan of The Little Friend (not after the Secret History, which I loved) and with it being so long, I don't want to drag it around for weeks!

It was great! This is the first one that I read from her and I have to admit, a bit lengthy and too descriptive at times, but the subject of the book and the characters are very well written :)
