First it was sales..
Then giveaways..
And now novels exclusive to one country.
Somehow makes us foreign readers feel alienated when we sometimes have paid extra in the past to get that particular author’s works via shipping and other legalities.

I hear you. Here in Australia the books are so much more expensive due to the currency exchange but when you get excluded from deals and now novels, it becomes extremely frustrating!

LOL anytime, and thanks right back at ya. I move between Oman and India so when you add taxes as well as shipping charges, I sometimes pay twice- and when amazon refuses I have to buy from Etsy/kobo/ second hand book stores where prices widely vary.
I’m extremely disappointed that’s all 😔

Admittedly I now buy all my books electronically because I find it cheaper overall and I read far too many books to house them.

Regardless, good luck with the book searches..I guess that's half the fun x

I try to do the same too- but with some rare books- like a Lisa kleypas, Jodi Ellen Malpas, Nalini singh etc..I really crave having a paperback or hard copy!

Thank you. The pain we go through for books 😂! Hoping one day the said books will be published normally in an anthology.
