Sadly, this book is on hold while I am working on a nutritional anthropological study of Chili Con Carne through the 3 most highly praised tomes of the genre. The problem is, those books are leading me to other books and papers to research, so I am going to have to read this book when I need a break from my Chili research. My apologies to those who were hoping for more from it in a more expedient manner.
