this book makes for a good read especially for churches. in my company we had to pass assessments to prove that we understood what we had read in the sop. i am pleased that i read through this book because it has alot of things we use in our churches and teamwork. what ever business you are in, it shows how important it is to know how important procedures are in teamwork settings in everyday life
