Finished the first novelette in this book. Wow, what a word salad. Reads so much like a radio script description than an actual book. Not bad, not great either, but one must take into account the time and medium it was written for. Today we have way too many superheroes running around and we're a bit jaded, if not exhausted by them and their similarity. For the pulpers of the 1930's & '40's this was first rate.
