A great read. Perry so eloquently puts the case for Monash to be posthumously promoted to Field Marshal. Would it matter? It would correct an historical blunder that only the British won WWI. Monash and Chauvel led the war on two fronts and truly showed the Australian warrior spirit embedded in our soldiers.
