I'm still not sure what to make of this book. Sometimes it reads well, but at other times it feels like a teenager writing. The plot oscillates from 'giggling teenagers' to 'masochistic despots' via repeated or underdeveloped concepts. Is it a YA, NA or A book?
As it's the first of the series, I'll stick with it, but nothing so far (70% through) makes me want to invest in the series.
