Pair and Eleanor do homework together after school. Cal asks Park to hang out and play basketball, he denied it because he doesn’t go anywhere with Eleanor. Eleanor didn’t seem like the basketball type.

Summary-
Park's nervous about the necklace. Eleanor puts it on.
She tells Park's mom that her mom is Danish, and Park is surprised to find out. Eleanor remembers that when her parents were still together, they always had lots of people at their house; there were parties all the time. She remembers that after her dad left, her mom's friends still came over.

Park knows something is wrong. Her hair is a mess and clothes are dirty.

Summary- Eleanor gets home before anyone else. She’d been thinking what’d it be like when she finally got home. Her siblings are acting like they don’t know her. She gets the better stuff then her siblings.
