At the point I’m at, I can predict that Olivia and Grey will end up together in the end. Olivia keeps on pretending that she doesn’t want Grey, and she denies any thoughts about loving him. Grey is the same, wanting Olivia to the point where he can’t take it anymore, but holding back because of how their past went, and afraid of humiliation again.

If I could ask the main character if this book three questions, I would ask her why didn’t tell Grey why she broke up with him? I would also ask why didn’t she tell Liam about her full relationship with Grey? Lastly, I want to ask what decision is she going to make for herself, Edith, and Greyson. The book ended as a cliff hanger and I’m eager to figure out what is going on in her mind.

An important event is that Liam, Olivia's boyfriend from Australia, came to visit. Olivia and Liam had already planned a future together, but now she and Grey have a thing. Since Liam’s back to visit, Olivia is rethinking her relationship between Liam and Grey. She realizes that she doesn’t think about Liam as much as she did before and wonders if she really still loves him, or if she’s falling for Grey again.

The tone of this story is contradictory, and ranges between playful and passionate to uncertain and bitter. There are some chapters where the tone will be more lighthearted and everyone is flirty and kind, then the next chapters will be hostile where Grey gets protective over Olivia and threatens other males that she attracts.

If I could give Olivia Taylor some advice, I would tell her to go along with her gut, and go with Greyson. If you’re falling for him, make him fall for you again, and if you feel anything wrong, leave. Tell your mom, and even your dad, and you can go back to Sydney for a break.
