Whoah, I haven't updated for a while. Kings 1 & 2 and 1 Chronicles done. Chronicles is pretty boring but interesting when it relays stories previously told with differences between them. Good bit of deja vu at times.

Bring on Ezra - a nice short book after several hefty one-two punches. Will those darn Israelites NEVER learn? And why does the Almighty keep losing out to Baal? God's version is that Baal is non-existent and rubbish, but the Chosen Ones seem to significantly prefer him and his fellow heathen gods. Maybe your approach is a little heavy-handed, mmm?
