Really....this book is talking about the affordable care act like it saved healthcare. Sorry to say, I've been a nurse for almost 15 years now.....It's not happening. Probably never will. This course I'm taking is supposed to emphasize nursing policies and procedures. Can't believe this is required reading from my instructor. Such a waste of time.
