It just goes to show how much of a difference switching authors through a series can be. Snyder created such a great mythos in the Batman universe (New 52 Batman, Talon Volume 1 and integrated in Nightwing by Higgins).

Sadly Talon volume 2 was faulted. It would have been nice to see how Snyder would have finished the volume and series he imagined.
