Had to "shelve" this book, i.e., delete it. Interesting how things change. I just could not get into the mood or head space to read a book where the central characters are some combination of the following: young, beautiful, elite, liberals, academics, etc., etc. If the book does in fact get better later, I guess I'll never know.
