There is a bit of time since I've read some crime, and also since I've read something by a Norwegian author, the last one being "Thirst" by Jo Nesbø. So I'll give this none a try, I haven't read anything my Rikard Sommer, but got the book cheap through bookbub, so I'm looking forward to getting into something else, a little break from all the space (soap) opera I've been reading lately.

This one is really good, just some small annoyances here and there, like calling source code "codes", they are programs, not up up down down a b a b select start :p And "Hacking the registry" but those are just niggles, apart from that it actually does IT reasonably well, and the characters are likeable.

I'm not sure why this feels so easy to read, I have no clue about the english that's being used, it's not my mother tongue, but it seems a bit strange some times. I just keep translating the dialogue back to Norwegian, and it seems to work better that way. Still good though.

I do enjoy this book still, but it kind of feels like it's still trying to getting the world build, which is pretty far in, now finally something that feels more like a crime is starting to happen.

There are quite a lot of characters to get aquainted to in the beginning of this book, it's interesting so far, but I don't think the plot has really started yet.
