I think independent reading is very beneficial and should be continued in your future classes.

Margo ran away and no one knows where she could be. Quentin finds clues all around her room to figure out where she might be. The clues that he finds leads him to an abandoned building, which leads to more clues. While he is trying to fine her, he gets a call from Ben who is at an after prom party and needs Q to be the designated driver. When Q arrives to the party he talks to Lacey who thinks Margo might be dead.

Q and Ben are traveling to a sketchy spot where they think Margo might be. When they get there they find some weird clues that lead them to realize Margo might be unsafe. Ben and Q begin to break into this building and start seeing light but they can not put together the dimensions of the building.

So far in my book Margo and Q have become close friends. Q doesn’t like doing risky things but Margo keeps talking him into doing things like sneaking into other friends houses and spray painting their cars and bedrooms.

So far in the book, John green is doing a very good job of using descriptive words to help me understand the characters more. Right now I’m just getting to know the characters and their personalities.
