Dharma Mittra is a teacher of teachers for a reason. This book is the product of fifty plus years of fifty plus years of intense daily practice, teaching almost a dozen classes a week. Dharma touches on every aspect of practice. Even if you aren't a Dharma Yogi, if you're at all interested in cultivating a serious practice that goes beyond asana as exercise I highly recommend this book.
