Just saw the movie. I'm wondering how closely the book follows the movie.

Not sure, I haven't seen the movie in more than 20 years and the only thing I remember about it was what happened to McMurphy at the end. I've been wondering how the movie could follow the book when it comes to portraying Chief Bromden's paranoid delusions. I suspect the movie puts most of the focus on Nicholson.
