There are times when he over-explains some well-known game theory stuff and says "Oh look, game theory is not neoclassical economics. We should take into account strategic interactions!" But then at some places he is brilliant, e.g, his take on how law can interact with economics, or how relaxing different implicit assumptions of the Welfare Theorems can generate discrimination, and identity politics. Overall, it's a good read I would say.
