I was initially very dubious about this book - it's self published, with a genuinely awful cover and a title that's more lurid than tasteful - and I'm glad to have been proven wrong. It's well-told and despite the occasional pacing issue (which is almost unavoidable when trying to cover more than ten years of history in < 300 pages) it's proving to be a genuinely enjoyable read so far.

This could really have done with a final go-over by an editor both for spelling and details ('chapter 10'... 'chapter eleven'...) but also just for the paragraphing, which might be better on a kindle?? I wouldn't know. I'm still distracted by the cover, which I dislike just a little bit more every time I see it.
And yet it's compulsively readable, which is only ever a good thing.
