Maybe I've got a rogue badly edited version, what with missing/spliced words and repetitions. If the editing were tighter and a bit more explaination earlier on, this'd be a rare 5 star.

Still no answers, but now they're at the dog rescue things have slowed down and it's flowing much better. For a YA MC, Helena isn't whinging/lusting constantly, nor has she blurted/shouted/yelled randomly. Unless she's going to start these things, I might just like her.

OK, so there's a lot of action. A LOT of action. Not certain what's what at the moment though. I hope after the train ride we slow down a bit and actually find out a)what Helena is, b) what is this "Guild", and c) details about this how/who/what/why escape from the bad mandala man who wanted to do... something bad? Involving Helena?
